Hi Fan,

I think that the answer to this question is not so difficult to find using Google et al.

Perhaps you can read this: https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://mvpa.blogspot.com/2014/03/nifti-cifti-gifti-in-hcp-and-workbench.html__;!!HJOPV4FYYWzcc1jazlU!-OYUA0GMwKfZ18SnHkScBZ5tUSCX5Mh-xGxCDnGWAi7Mf78vf8ohyxqnw7LKjOYdVwTvD93MCr87j0g9rKws0ZHH7UX9i0UjK471Pg$ to wet your appetite.

Have a good weekend,

Hi Jan-Mathijs,

Thanks for your reply. I used exactly the script, ft_postfreesurferscript.sh (I think it was written by you), to extract files for source reconstruction. All extracted files are located in the workbench folder.

'ft_read_atlas' needs two files {labelfile meshfile} as input, could you please specify the correspondence between these two types of files? i.e., when I use ft_read_atlas, which two files should be used as input in the workbench folder?

Thanks a lot for your help.

best,
Fan
