For completeness, here it is:

If you execute the sourcemesh pipeline of Jan based on Freesurfer, you receive the Desikan-Kiliany Atlas for each subject automatically, for free ;-).

As I would also like to use a Desikan as well as a Destreiux parcellation for my EEG data, I was wondering whether I can find these parcellations somewhere in the fieldtrip universe?
