[FieldTrip] Registration open: CuttingGardens 2026 – IIT Mandi Garden, 21–25 September 2026

Registration is now open for CuttingGardens 2026 – IIT Mandi Garden, a
global conference on Electroencephalography (EEG), which will take place
from 21–25 September 2026 at the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi,
Himachal Pradesh, India.

CuttingGardens 2026 – IIT Mandi Garden is being organised by the Nara Lab
on Computational Cognition (NLCC), School of Biosciences and Bioengineering
(SBB), IIT Mandi. As India's first node in the global CuttingGardens
network, the IIT Mandi Garden connects participants with more than 20
CuttingGardens across six continents through a shared scientific programme.

The five-day event will include:

   -

   Keynote lectures and special sessions covering EEG methodology,
   cognitive and clinical neuroscience, machine learning, and open-source EEG
   tools
   -

   Hands-on EEG tutorials and demonstrations on contemporary analysis
   methods and software
   -

   Panel discussions on reproducible and open science and building
   neuroimaging capacity
   -

   Poster and oral presentation sessions for students and early-career
   researchers
   -

   Awards for outstanding oral and poster presentations, as well as a Young
   Scientist Award

With the generous support of our sponsors, we are also pleased to
offer substantially
reduced registration rates:

   Self-sponsored students: ₹3,500 + 18% GST (₹4,130 total)
   -

   Students with sponsorship: ₹4,500 + 18% GST (₹5,310 total)
   -

   Faculty: ₹6,000 + 18% GST (₹7,080 total)
   -

   Industry delegates: ₹10,000 + 18% GST (₹11,800 total)

In addition, 30 student travel grants of up to ₹3,000 each will be awarded
to selected students presenting posters at CuttingGardens 2026.

The conference is intended for students, researchers, clinicians, and
practitioners interested in EEG, neuroimaging, cognitive neuroscience,
computational neuroscience, and related fields. Participants are welcome to
present their work through the poster and oral presentation sessions,
although presenting is not mandatory for attending the conference.

The registration deadline is 31 August 2026.
