Dear colleagues,

We have few resting state EEG datasest for patients with cognitive impairment, and also in Apnea with eyes closed and eyes open-

We would like to know which is the benefit if we join as consortium. Can we have access dataset from other consortium under the same conditions?

Thank you very much in advance

Asunto: [FieldTrip] Join our consortium to build EEG brain growth charts

Dear colleagues,
Our team is seeking to harmonize existing EEG datasets across studies and labs to create standardized trajectories of EEG measures for the field (i.e., brain “growth charts”). Starting with resting state (baseline) EEG recordings, the goal is to compute norms for the field, as well as to provide researchers with the tools to compute age-normed centile scores for any future dataset.
Solving this problem requires a team science approach, and we are looking for researchers interested in joining our growing consortium, and who are open to sharing resting EEG data for this initiative. Any researcher with resting state EEG data recorded with any system, at any age, from any geographic location is highly encouraged to convey their intent through the following survey:
https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fredcap.link%2Frj4md6cn&data=05%7C02%7Cfieldtrip%40science.ru.nl%7Ca76dde7a569146dfc1ff08ddf615c1bf%7C084578d9400d4a5aa7c7e76ca47af400%7C1%7C0%7C638937295485611349%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=Qctz2GQNSeyJNbcvBrzMC1l%2B2rng5nF%2F%2BoBZMlIqOHY%3D&reserved=0
Contributions of data that are used in this project would provide the opportunity for authorship on the seminal EEG brain growth charts paper. Please note that we are not requesting any transfer of data currently, only that researchers communicate their intent to contribute, and to provide a few details about their data. Details regarding data use will be defined in a formal data use agreement and/or memoranda of understanding prior to data transfer.
Thank you for your consideration, and thank you to our many colleagues who have already graciously accepted our invitation to join this initiative.
Sincerely,

Developmental EEG Consortium team leads
