The code in the reference e-mail discussion list thread also executes a call to ft_sourceanalysis, so I don’t understand your confusion.

Also, have you read - digested, and discussed with your local collaborators/supervisors etc - my earlier comment that it is doubtful to do a meaningful source reconstruction (at least a type of source reconstruction that goes beyond good-old dipole fitting) on 19 channel EEG data?
