If you use FieldTrip functions throughout your analysis pipeline, the different channel order should be taken care of automatically.

However the 19 channel labels in each subject(row) are in different row positions due to original data order I presume. I am having difficulty doing grandaverage of powerspectrum for some channels at end. Is there way to rearrange to a uniform standardized label field arrangement?
