POST-DOC (data scientist): time perception, pose estimation, neural networks.
Summary: The project investigates neurobehavioral basis of time perception and error monitoring. We use state of the art techniques to analyze behavior of human and rats performing in a complex behavioral task requiring estimation of time intervals.

Duration of the project: 12 months.
Working time: (40 hours/week)
Workplace: Psychology Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences PAN, Warszawa, ul. Jaracza 1; in collaboration with Dr Valerie Doyere (https://neuropsi.cnrs.fr/annuaire/valerie-doyere/).

Requirements
- PhD degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data analysis or related fields.
- Previous experience with image analysis, neural networks, pose estimation (DeepLabCut).
- High motivation for research work and strong interest in the subject of the project.
- Excellent programming skills: e.g., Python, R, Matlab ...
- Excellent knowledge of basic statistical methods.
- Fluency in English.
- Teamwork, communication skills, and commitment.
Duties
- High level of independence is expected.
- Data analysis, leading to a manuscript describing the results.
