Hi Anqi,

You can write numeric data to a text file using - for instance - the matlab built in function dlmwrite. You don’t need FieldTrip for that.

Of course you can do a baseline correction prior to exporting the data.

Best wishes,

Dear mailing list,

I'm new to using Fieldtrip and I have a question about data export - Is it possible to export the processed EEG data from Fieldtrip into formats such as csv. or xlsx. (I want to perform further analysis on them in R)? I can't seem to find a documentation about exporting data.

Also, is it possible to baseline correct right before exporting? Since I did not perform baseline correction during preprocessing.

Thank you for your help!
