Hi Lin,

No doubt there is a way to do this, but I think that this would require you to get your hands dirty. There’s no simple way in which this can be done in FieldTrip.

Best wishes,
Jan-Mathijs

Hi FieldTrip experts,

Is there a way to divide subregions of the existing template atlas (shown here<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/template/atlas/*references__;Iw!!HJOPV4FYYWzcc1jazlU!t8fDuBqsM3CerTZIVKBty0c1z98QI8g3bTDK4guAwXFSxRiRylCdSFPqva8Vf3rHdTK4386R2CF-MBc$>)?

I'm trying to conduct multivariate analysis to source-localized MEG data within small anatomically defined ROIs. The Brainnetome Atlas<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/template/atlas/*the-brainnetome-atlas__;Iw!!HJOPV4FYYWzcc1jazlU!t8fDuBqsM3CerTZIVKBty0c1z98QI8g3bTDK4guAwXFSxRiRylCdSFPqva8Vf3rHdTK4386RQCsmBvQ$> provides fine-grained subregions, but I'd like to further divide the inferior temporal and fusiform into anterior, middle, and posterior parts based on MNI-coordinates landmark. Is there a way to do this?

Thank you very much!

Lin
