Hi Jinwen,

Using sourcemodel based on FreeSurfer’s cortical-sheet, you can use the FreeSurfer annotations as atlases. Please, take a look at my implementation in the Automatic Analysis <http://automaticanalysis.github.io/> (aa). The actual code you can use even outside aa is here <https://github.com/tiborauer/automaticanalysis/blob/3da12163a219c773180f3bcba94ea3d9b84af703/aa_modules/aamod_meeg_preparesourcemodel.m#L109-L128> . Please, keep in mind that the last step registering the atlas to the MRI volume the sourcemodel is derived from is crucial!

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any question.

Kind regards,

Tibor

Tárgy: [FieldTrip] Any surface-based atlas available?

Dear fieldtrippers,

I found that fieldtrip doesn't introduce any surface-based atlas used to do source reconstruction, whereas many volume-based atlas were available in the template folder (https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/template/atlas/). Recently, I am analyzing cortex-contrained source reconstruction. Could anyone please recommend any access to surface-based atlas?

Best regards,

Jinwen
