[FieldTrip] Subcortical functional connectivity EEG

Dear Fieldtrip experts:

I want to ask regarding the subject of this email. My concern is related to the fact that usually when analysing EEG we don't take into consideration cerebellum for instance which is relevant in what I am doing. So I want to learn the feasibility of achieving such an analysis with templates and an raw EEG edf format file. I don't mind the  method for computing functional connectivity.
