[FieldTrip] Source plot clusters using ft_sourceplot

Hi Julian,
Thanks so much for you reply. I think this can be a nice alternative so I will give it a try. I looked into the clusterplot and sourceplot functions and the functionality I'm looking for doesn't seem to be present in the sourceplot function so a manual workaround is probably more viable.
Thanks for your input and help!
Kind regards,
Rouzbeh

Dear Rouzbeh,
I’m not sure if that’s what you want, but you can multiply the .stats-field with the .mask-field. Thereby, everything that is not part of your cluster will be masked.
You can also play around with this nice example by Tom Marshall: https://git.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/marshall/public/-/blob/7e00d9dfbf8a499ef64c55a35de483f5183232aa/prettier_sourceplots/how_to_make_pretty_sourceplots.m<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://git.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/marshall/public/-/blob/7e00d9dfbf8a499ef64c55a35de483f5183232aa/prettier_sourceplots/how_to_make_pretty_sourceplots.m__;!!D0zGoin7BXfl!vBrRa5jN3zwH8XPFesFELq-szTKQDK8T77YpYxn9y_t2vFvbxR8_Cuk5meT8iHslw-BT91Hc8Q$>
Hope this helps,
Julian

Hello,
I am currently running a between groups statistical analysis on DICS resolved source space data for a number of subjects. I would like to know if there is a way to plot the output of the ft_sourcestatistics in a way that is similar to using ft_clusterplot for frequency statistics (i.e. with clusters showing on the plots).
Currently, after calculating the source statistics, I interpolate the data (cfg.parameter = 'stats'; ) using ft_sourceinterpolate, and then plot using ft_sourceplot using the interpolated stats as input. Everything seems fine except I want the plot to mark the significant clusters as in ft_clusterplot, and I was wondering if that functionality exists in ft_sourceplot or perhaps another function within the toolbox.
Thanks so much,
Rouzbeh
