[FieldTrip] post-op MRI in ECoG

Hi Asieh,

The short answer would be yes, as long as you can see the electrodes (voids) in the post-op MR. From the top of my head, you’ll have to specify cfg.magtype = ‘trough’ at step 17 of the iEEG tutorial (http://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/tutorial/human_ecog). The article linked to this tutorial contains further recommendations for going this route.
