Hello Mark,
> How would one find the CI's for the Montecarlo-significance probability after applying a cluster-based method for multiple comparisons?
These (95% confidence intervals for the p-values) are in
stat.posclusters.cirange and stat.negclusters.cirange, where stat is
the output of ft_xxxxstatistics. The intervals are symmetric, so lower
bound is stat.posclusters(k).prob - stat.posclusters(k).cirange, upper
bound is stat.posclusters(k).prob + stat.posclusters(k).cirange.
Best,
Eelke
