[FieldTrip] empty vertices in surface sourceplot

Dear Jan-Mathijs,
Dear Moataz,

Thank you for your hints. I tried quite a bit but bottom line is- it is resolution of the source model that matters (left - low resolution, right-high). I don’t think is a matter of MATLAB version etc. At least not for my case.

Best

I would like to plot this on the cortical surface. Yet I also get some empty patches (panel C). Has anyone run into the same problem and figured out a solution?
