[FieldTrip] AAL Parcellation on individual source model (HCP)

Hello,

HCP provides in anatomy folder of each subject a sourcemodel.mat file with different resolution.
However, the corresponding coordinate system is in BTI. So, if I want to parcellate sources to AAL Atlas template provided in MNI coordinate system, how can I interpolate the individual sourcemodel to this atlas??
Because ft_sourceinterpolate requires that both are in the same coordinate system.
