[FieldTrip] change the color bar

Hi Pramod,

as the ^-27 applies to both of your categories, it does not matter for the difference.
Therefore, if you want to highlight the difference, I suggest using a smaller scale for the topography of the difference (e.g. cfg.zlim = [-.1 .1] in the call for the right plot).
