[FieldTrip] openbci2ft

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to use realtime fieldtrip with the openbci (arduino) hardware.
I would like to send the data to the PC where the openbci is to another PC
of the same network.
The openbic is running on a windows10 PC. To stream data I'm using the
script openbct2ft.exe in the following manner:

.\openbci2ft COM3: nameofthedestinationhost 1972

I get the feedback in the picture attached

Can someone help me? May be a windows 10 problem? May be I have to activate
the port in some way?
Thanks in advance.
I obtain the same also if i try to stream in the local buffer.
