Hi Keshav,

Fieldtrip convention is that the row causes the column. As far as I remember, this is documented here, although admittedly a bit hidden: http://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/faq/in_what_way_can_frequency_domain_data_be_represented_in_fieldtrip/

Best wishes,
Jan-Mathijs

Hi,

I am trying to calculate partial directed coherence using Fieldtrip using ft_connectivity analysis with the method set to 'pdc'. In the output matrix, does anyone know, is it the columns or the rows that are the sources/destinations of the signal?

Thanks,
