[FieldTrip] Source Parcellation

Hi all
I have recently received "headmodel" and "sourcemodel" of subjects from my
superviser. "headmodel" coordination system is 'neuromage' but
"sourcemodel" doesn't specify any coordination system.
Now I want to parcellate sources into AAL atlas tissues (that is specify
each source is at which tissue). I wanted to know is my "sourcemodel" also
at 'neuromag' and should I do any coordination system convertion (for my
atlas or sourcemodel). atlas is at 'mni' system!
