[FieldTrip] Apply new ref to selected chans only

Hi Christine,

One way would be to specify the channels that need to be rereferenced
(using cfg.channel when calling *ft_preprocessing*), select the remainder
of channels using *ft_selectdata*, and then append the two using
*ft_appenddata*. An alternate option is to create cfg.montage (when calling
*ft_preprocessing*, see the help of *ft_applymontage*), which is a matrix
defining the weights of each existing channel into the new set of channels.
