[FieldTrip] Source localization in 4D data

Dear Researchers,
I have 4D data at resting state (link given below)

I want to use above data to perform source localization of the spikes that appear during resting state for epileptic patient.
Can you please help me how could I implement it using FieldTrip. 
I am new to FieldTrip and I would greatly appreciate your help.
