hi,

indeed there is a typo:

$ cd $MNE_ROOT
$ ls bin/mne_setup*
bin/mne_setup                bin/mne_setup_matlab_csh
bin/mne_setup_mri  bin/mne_setup_source_space
bin/mne_setup_forward_model  bin/mne_setup_matlab_sh   bin/mne_setup_sh

depending on your shell it can be

source $MNE_ROOT/bin/mne_setup_sh
