Hi all,

I am trying to use the ft_topoplotER to show significant difference between conditions without having to do a large subplot of different times points. To do this I thought of adjusting the highlighting symbol size proportionally to the length of the duration of significance. This seem simple at first because I just had to plot the highlight for every channel one at time in a for loop and adjust the size accordingly and then use hold on. However, ft_topoplotER writes a new image through every iteration of the loop and therefore overwriting the previous highlight.

Is there any way to get around this?

Is there a way to enable hold on for ft_topoplotER?

Best,
