[FieldTrip] Cluster-based permutation tests on event related potentials

Hi Antonio,

It is possible to run cluster tests on the data you have already
pre-processed, you just need to get the data into a fieldtrip structure. I
usually find the easiest way to do this is to process two original files by
hand in fieldtrip up to the point of creating a grand average structure
using ft_timelockgrandaverage, to see what the appropriate structure looks
like, and then sticking the actual data into that structure (in the
.individual or .avg field) and updating the appropriate fields.

As Zdenko mentioned, there are also other tools available that can do this,
including EEGLAB itself and the mass univariate toolbox.

Steve
