[FieldTrip] Synchronization likelihood

Hi,

If you are interested in Synchronization Likelihood I would read the work
you mention and also Montez et al, Neuroimage 2006. It would also be very
useful to read Pereda et al, Progress in Neurobiology, 2005 for a general
overview of different indices.

Implementations, there are a few, between them...

For a Matlab based implementation, I would start looking here,
http://hermes.ctb.upm.es/, In the toolbox there is a function called:
H_methods_SL.m with an implementation.

I think it is also implemented as part of the Neurophysiological Biomarker
