[FieldTrip] ft_volumerealign headshape should stay out of scalp volume

Dear all,

I'm aligning an MRI with a headshape point cloud. I often get headshape
points inside the skull after realigning with icp, like for this guy, for
instance:

Would it be possible to tell the icp search algorithm when points are
inside the skull and force it to blow the headshape cloud point outwards?
