[FieldTrip] 2x3x3 cluster analysis

Dear fieldtripers,

I am trying to run a mixed repeated measures ANOVA cluster analysis with one between subject variable (schizoprhenics vs. neurotypicals) and two within subject variables (each one with three conditions) and I'm struggling with the design matrix.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
