hi Robert,

unfortunately correcting for head movements is more difficult that
using a linear regression (like done with fMRI). I doubt you can avoid
a proper head movement correction using the physics of the sensors
etc.

You can use MNE open implementation of maxfilter prior to using
fieldtrip if you want
