[FieldTrip] ROI based analysis

?Dear Fieldtrippers,


Has anyone fixed with problem with ROI based analysis in Fieldtrip. I see that it says ROI analysis needs to be fixed for new implementation.


Are there newer functions that do this?


Any help would be highly appreciated.
