Dear Jose,
you can use ft_freqstatistics in the context of between trials experiments if you want to compare two conditions.

You can plot the result with ft_mulitplotER, ft_singleplotER where you can specify cfg.parameter = ’stat’ (t-values as function of frequency) and cfg.maskparameter = ‘mask’ (gray shading of significant segments).
