Dear WanYu Hsu,
probably what you need is:
cfg =[];
cfg.trials = [1:50];
data1=ft_redefienetrial(cfg, data_Theta);
cfg.trials = [51:100];
data2=ft_redefinetrial(cfg,data_Theta);
alternatively have a look at the help of ft_selectdata.
