[FieldTrip] preprocessing Elekta Neuromag datasets

Dear All,

We are starting to use Fieldtrip to process our Elekta Neuromag data
and were wondering if anyone has some scripts that we could follow for
standard preprocessing. One of the main challenges that we face is how
to combine both the gradiometers and magnetometers for the
preprocessing.
