[FieldTrip] ft_channelrepair and connectivity

?Hello fieldtrip,


I was just wondering whether there would be potential issues with using the function ft_channelrepair to effectively fill in missing EEG channels (which would have been originally dirty) and calculating connectivity (in the time domain). I cant really see an issue because of how well it is implemented, but its making me doubt myself. Any thoughts?
