[FieldTrip] grand average with dimord chan_chan_freq_time

Dear FieldTrip Community,

What's the best strategy for generating grand averages when data have
dimord chan_chan_freq_time (output of ft_connectivityanalysis for method
granger)?

It appears that chan_chan_freq_time is an unsupported dimord in
ft_freqgrandaverage.
