[FieldTrip] testing if power is significantly different from zero

Hi,
Thanks for all the input. The reason I wanted to test if power is
significantly different from 0 is to check if the power in condition 1
resembles to what is reported in the literature. This is just to ensure
that the changes observed in condition 2 relative to condition 1 makes
sense.
