[FieldTrip] Effect size measure for cluster-based permutation tests

Dear all,

I’m using the cluster-based permutation tests (on time-frequency data), and was wondering if it makes sense and how to come up with an effect size measure that is easy to evaluate.
Maybe the clusterstat is giving an indication; but I guess it’s not a standardised measure and therefore hard to evaluate?
