Hi!
In addition to what Aaron said, if you want to reject channels, make 
sure that you do not reject them based on the activity you're actually 
looking for. For example, if you analyze stimulus evoked activity, do 
NOT reject channels based on the summary of the full trial data but only 
based on the summary of the pre stimulus interval...otherwise you'll 
delete the most important channels to analyze your data ;)
