[FieldTrip] Problem reading data at the beginning of the buffer

Dear fieldtrip users,

my setup consists of a Biosemi amplifier with 32 channels, from which I stream data using the buffer (biosemi2ft.exe). At the full sampling rate of 2048 Hz, the buffer returns error 517 whenever I try reading data older than about 5 minutes. As expected, with lower sampling rates this time grows larger.

While I could work around this, by reading smaller chunks of data, it is still quite frustrating and I couldn't find any info on how to fix this. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
