[FieldTrip] Layout for QuickCap 32 channel (Neuroscan)

Hi Filedtripers,

I have a problem making the layout file for Neuroscan 32 channel Quick
Cap<http://63.134.192.29/UserFiles/File/32_Channel.pdf>
.
I read the description on constructing layout for 128 channel Quick
cap<http://bugzilla.fcdonders.nl/show_bug.cgi?id=679>,
but I encountered the same problem that Andre reported before : the
electrodes seems to be shifted toward the back of the head.
Could you please help me constructing the layout?
