[FieldTrip] failed segmentation

Hi Lilla and Christiano,
Thanks a lot for the suggestions.
I think I've managed to fix it by applying Lilla's suggestion, i.e.,
instead of using the tpm default, I specified the output for
'brain','skull','scalp'.
