[FieldTrip] Some fixes to suppress gcc warnings in libbuffer

Hi,

Trying to build libbuffer, I got a lot of warnings. I'm sending a
patch to fix those warnings. I didn't test if this breaks anything so
it is up to you to take and/or ignore this.
