[FieldTrip] ERP average Brain Vision is different from ERP average FieldTrip

I dont know BVA but it looks like the ERPs are a bit more different (for
example at timepoint 100ms) then I would expect just based on high pass
filtering.... Suggesting that there is different data going into averaging.
Maybe brain vision just detects trials with artifacts and does not throw
out the trials until the averaging step (similar to ERPlab). Can you check
the number of trials?
