[FieldTrip] Butter command

I noticed that 'butter' command in the fieldtrip toolbox
'/fieldtrip-20130609/external/signal/butter.m'
is interfering with the 'butter' command in the Matlab signal processing
toolbox. Can the name be changed?
There are probably more commands in fieldtrip that has same names as
regular matlab commands.
