[FieldTrip] source reconstruction data (MNE .fif)

Dear all
 I have a .fif file and want to source  reconstruction .

I want use the template  sourcemodel in fieldtrip,but  I see there are two
different  coordinate system.
Shold I convert the fif coordinate to template coordinate?
