[FieldTrip] 2D surface spline interpolation

Hi Ahmed,

For the visualization of sensor topographies, fieldtrip relies on the 'griddata' function from matlab. You can type 'doc griddata' on the matlab command line for more information. Note that this is not a function that is specific to fieldtrip.

For actual interpolation of data, FieldTrip has a ft_channelrepair function, which implements (among others) a spherical spline interpolation.
