[FieldTrip] baseline correction

I think you want the cfg.blc option. Demean will indeed remove the
mean, as advertised!
cfg.blc = ...
cfg.blcwindow = [...]

In general, however, I would advise against any baseline correction,
unless you have a blocked design and have no choice.
