[FieldTrip] charpath, distance matrix

Hi all,

I want to calculate the characteristic path length with ft_networkanalysis
but it needs a distance matrix. What is the quickest way to calculate this?
Or should I calculate it myself as a distance of 1 to go to a neighbouring
electrode and do this for all my biosemi128 electrodes?
