[FieldTrip] multiple emotivs on one pc with the fieldtripbuffer ?

Whoa, 8 :). Okay. I was thinking of starting an emotiv2ft per headset
somehow, but with 8 headsets that gets tedious and error-prone. Let's
discuss a more principled solution in person.
