[FieldTrip] rereferencing after preproc

Hi,

another addition: ft_apply_montage is doing the same (ft_preprocessing 
also calls this function), but it also changes the labels. This is 
useful when, for example, wanting to construct bipolar channels like 
hEOG and vEOG.
